Logo & Branding
A complete brand identity system — not just a logo file. We build the mark, typography, color palette, and brand voice into a cohesive system with guidelines your client's team can follow across every touchpoint.
This service covers the full brand identity lifecycle. We start with a discovery phase where we audit the client's market position, competitors, and target audience to define brand positioning. From there we develop 3-5 logo concept directions including primary logo, wordmark, icon/symbol mark, monochrome version, and reversed (white-on-dark) version. The color system includes primary, secondary, and accent color palettes with exact hex, RGB, and CMYK values for both digital and print use. Typography selection covers headline, body, and accent typefaces with size scales, line-height ratios, and pairing rules. The brand guidelines document (PDF, 20-60 pages depending on tier) covers logo clear space, minimum sizes, do's and don'ts, color application rules, photography style direction, tone of voice examples, and social media formatting. Stationery deliverables include business card (front/back), letterhead (A4), envelope (DL), email signature template, and a basic PowerPoint/Keynote template. All files are delivered in AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, and PDF formats organized in a clearly labeled folder structure. The client gets full ownership of all assets upon final payment.

Photography & Videography
Product, lifestyle, and campaign photography and video — studio and on-location across Dubai and the UAE. Full post-production, retouching, and color grading included in every package.
We handle the entire production pipeline from pre-production to final delivery. Pre-production includes creative brief alignment, mood board creation, shot list planning, location scouting (if on-location), and scheduling. For studio shoots, we use professional lighting setups (3-5 light rigs), seamless backdrops (white, colored, or textured), and prop styling. On-location shoots cover offices, retail spaces, outdoor environments, events, and construction sites across Dubai and the wider UAE — we handle DTCM permits when required (permit fees billed separately at cost). Video production includes 4K capture, gimbal/stabilizer work, drone shots (where permitted), and wireless audio for interviews or testimonials. Post-production covers professional retouching (skin, product cleanup, background removal), color grading to match brand guidelines, video editing with transitions and lower thirds, and final export in all required formats (web-optimized JPEG/PNG, print-ready TIFF, social-sized crops for Instagram/LinkedIn/TikTok, and video in MP4/MOV at multiple resolutions). Talent and casting coordination is available for campaign shoots — we source models through local casting agencies, handle contracts, and manage on-set direction. All raw files can be provided on request for an additional fee.

2D Animation
Illustrated explainers, character animation, and stylized loops with real personality. Includes script, storyboard, and voice-over direction in Arabic or English.
Our 2D animation service covers the full production pipeline from concept to final render. We begin with scriptwriting — a clear, concise narrative (typically 150-180 words per minute of screen time) that distills the client's message into a compelling story. The storyboard phase translates the script into a visual shot-by-shot plan (typically 15-25 frames per minute of animation) showing composition, character poses, key transitions, and text placement. The design phase establishes the illustration style — we offer flat/minimal, isometric, hand-drawn, infographic, and character-driven styles. For character animation, we design custom characters based on client direction, build them with digital rigs (bone-based in After Effects or Toon Boom) for smooth, repeatable motion, and animate them with lip-sync if voice-over is involved. Voice-over production includes casting from our pool of professional Arabic and English voice artists, studio recording, and precise sync to animation. Sound design covers background music (royalty-free or custom-composed), sound effects, and audio mixing to broadcast-standard loudness (LUFS -14 for social, -24 for broadcast). Final delivery includes master file (4K or 1080p, ProRes or H.264), social media cutdowns (1:1, 9:16, 16:9), subtitled versions (hardcoded or SRT), and a GIF/thumbnail export for marketing use. Revision policy: 2-3 rounds included depending on tier, with changes tracked via a shared feedback document.

Motion Design
Kinetic type, brand animations, and cinematic motion crafted to stop the scroll. Includes logo animations, ad motion, and full brand motion systems with After Effects source files.
Motion design is about bringing static brand assets to life with movement. This service covers everything from a simple logo reveal animation to a full brand motion system that defines how your client's brand moves across all digital channels. Logo animation involves taking the client's existing logo and creating a 3-5 second animated reveal with sound design — we produce 3 concept directions and the client picks one to refine. The final logo animation is delivered in multiple formats: MP4 (H.264 for web), MOV (ProRes for broadcast), transparent PNG sequence (for compositing), and GIF (for email signatures). For campaign motion, we create 15-60 second animated videos combining kinetic typography, brand graphics, product imagery, and transitions — these are used for Meta/Instagram ads, YouTube pre-roll, Google Display, TikTok, and LinkedIn. We deliver the hero version plus 4-6 size cutdowns (1080x1080, 1080x1920, 1920x1080, 300x250, etc.) all optimized for each platform's specs. Brand motion systems are the premium tier — we define the brand's motion language (easing curves, timing, entrance/exit styles), build a transition library (15-20 reusable transitions), create animated templates in After Effects that your client's in-house team can edit, and document everything in a motion guidelines PDF. All projects include royalty-free music and custom sound design.

3D Animation
Product visualization and 3D storytelling with cinematic lighting, texture, and detail. Photoreal renders, animated reveals, AR-ready assets (USDZ/GLB), and full CGI environments.
Our 3D pipeline covers modeling, texturing, lighting, animation, and rendering using industry-standard tools (Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya depending on project needs). For product visualization, the client provides reference photos, CAD files, or physical samples — we build a high-poly 3D model, apply photorealistic PBR materials (metal, glass, fabric, plastic, etc.), set up HDRI-based lighting environments, and render at up to 8K resolution. Product renders include 5-8 beauty angles, hero composition shots, detail/macro views, and lifestyle context scenes. Turntable loops are 360-degree product spins (typically 5-8 seconds, 60-120 frames) delivered as MP4 and GIF. For animated reveals, we choreograph camera movements, product assembly/disassembly sequences, feature highlight callouts, and environment transitions — typically 30-60 seconds with sound design. AR-ready assets are exported in USDZ (Apple AR Quick Look) and GLB (Android/web AR) formats, optimized for mobile rendering with reduced polygon counts and baked textures while maintaining visual quality. Full CGI campaigns involve building custom 3D environments (architectural spaces, abstract worlds, product ecosystems), character modeling and animation, and rendering cinematic hero films at broadcast quality. All renders use physically-accurate global illumination and can match any specific lighting scenario (studio, outdoor, interior, dramatic). Delivery includes high-res stills (TIFF/PNG), video (ProRes/H.264), and source files on request.

AI Video (Realistic)
Generative AI visuals, product renders, and hero campaigns — engineered by AI tools (Runway, Kling, Higgsfield, Sora), finished by human artists. Includes virtual presenters in Arabic or English.
This service uses the latest generative AI video and image tools to produce cinematic-quality content at a fraction of traditional production costs and timelines. We use a combination of Runway Gen-3, Kling, Higgsfield, and Sora depending on the specific look and output needed — our team selects the best tool for each shot. The process starts with a creative brief and art direction phase where we define the visual style, camera angles, mood, color palette, and pacing. During the generation sprint, we produce 50-100+ raw AI outputs per project and curate the best 10-20% for refinement. The human finishing pass is what separates our work from raw AI output — our artists apply professional color grading (DaVinci Resolve), compositing to fix artifacts or merge multiple AI shots, editorial cuts with pacing and rhythm, and broadcast-standard audio mixing. Virtual presenters are AI-generated human figures that speak directly to camera in Arabic or English — they're cloned from stock reference footage (not real people's likenesses without permission) and lip-synced to professional voice-over recordings. AI product imagery generates lifestyle scenes, studio-quality product shots, and campaign visuals without a physical photoshoot — ideal for pre-launch marketing, variant visualization, or seasonal content at scale. All deliverables go through a quality control checklist: artifact check, color consistency, motion smoothness, audio sync, and platform optimization. Final delivery includes hero video (ProRes + H.264), social cutdowns (all required aspect ratios), AI product images (high-res PNG/JPEG), and a creative brief document summarizing the prompts and direction used for future consistency.

Website Design
Landing pages, marketing sites, and full site builds — designed to look premium and convert. Built on Webflow, Framer, or headless WordPress with 90+ Lighthouse scores and bilingual EN/AR RTL support.
We handle the full website lifecycle from information architecture to post-launch support. Discovery starts with a sitemap and user flow workshop to define page structure, navigation hierarchy, and conversion funnels. UI/UX design is done in Figma — we deliver wireframes first for structural approval, then high-fidelity mockups with full visual design for desktop and mobile breakpoints. Interactive prototypes (clickable Figma flows) are provided for stakeholder review before development begins. Development is primarily on Webflow (our default for marketing sites — fast, CMS-friendly, SEO-strong), Framer (for highly animated, design-forward sites), or headless WordPress/Sanity (for content-heavy sites needing editorial flexibility). Every site is built mobile-first with responsive breakpoints at 1440px, 1024px, 768px, and 375px. Performance targets: 90+ Lighthouse score across Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices, and SEO. Technical SEO is built in: semantic HTML structure, Open Graph tags, Twitter Cards, JSON-LD structured data, auto-generated XML sitemap, robots.txt, and canonical URLs. Analytics setup includes GA4 property creation, conversion event tracking (form submissions, button clicks, scroll depth), Meta Pixel installation, and Google Search Console verification. Bilingual support (EN/AR) includes full RTL stylesheet, language switcher component, and separate CMS content entries for each language — RTL is not just flipped CSS, we redesign navigation and reading flow for Arabic users. Post-launch support covers bug fixes, minor content updates, and performance monitoring for 14-30 days depending on tier. Domain and hosting setup assistance is included (client pays hosting costs directly to provider — we recommend Webflow hosting, Vercel, or Cloudflare Pages).

E-Commerce
Full e-commerce builds on Shopify or headless (Shopify + Next.js). From product pages to checkout, integrated with UAE/GCC payment and shipping providers.
We build e-commerce stores that are specifically optimized for the UAE and GCC market. The platform of choice is Shopify (standard or Plus) for most clients, with headless architecture (Shopify Storefront API + Next.js frontend) for clients needing custom UX, extreme performance, or multi-storefront setups. Storefront design includes custom theme design (not a template tweak — we design from scratch in Figma, then build), product page layouts with gallery, variant selectors, size guides, and trust badges, collection/category pages with filtering and sorting, and a cart/checkout flow optimized for mobile conversion. Payment integration covers the full UAE stack: Stripe (cards), Tabby (buy-now-pay-later in 4 installments — this is essential for fashion/lifestyle), Tamara (BNPL alternative popular in Saudi/GCC), Apple Pay, and Cash on Delivery (COD, still 30-40% of UAE e-commerce). Shipping integration includes Aramex (domestic and GCC), DHL Express (international), local same-day couriers (Fetchr, Quiqup), automated tracking notifications via SMS/email, and shipping rate calculation at checkout. Inventory management covers product upload (we handle bulk import via CSV), variant management (size/color/material), collection organization, inventory tracking with low-stock alerts, and barcode/SKU management. The checkout is optimized for UAE: guest checkout enabled by default (reduces friction), Arabic/English language support, AED as primary currency with multi-currency option, VAT-inclusive pricing display (5% UAE VAT), and abandoned cart recovery emails. Post-launch includes staff training (2-hour session covering order management, product updates, and discount creation), 14-30 days of bug fixes and support, and documentation for ongoing store management.

Platform Web (Custom CRM & Dashboards)
Custom CRMs, dashboards, and internal tools engineered around the way your client's team works. Built with React + TypeScript, Node/Python backends, and Postgres.
This is our most complex and highest-value service — it covers custom web application development for businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets, generic SaaS tools, or legacy systems. We build bespoke platforms from scratch using a modern stack: React + TypeScript for the frontend (fast, maintainable, component-based), Node.js or Python for the backend (depending on data/ML requirements), PostgreSQL for the database, and deployment on AWS, Google Cloud, or Vercel. The discovery phase (2 weeks) involves stakeholder interviews, workflow mapping, pain point identification, and a detailed requirements document with user stories and acceptance criteria — this phase is often sold as a standalone paid engagement (AED 2,800-3,500) before committing to the full build. Design follows with wireframes and a clickable Figma prototype that the client tests before any code is written. Build phase follows agile sprints (2-week cycles) with a demo at the end of each sprint so the client sees progress and can redirect early. Core features typically include: user authentication (email/social/SSO), role-based access control (admin/manager/agent with granular permissions), CRUD operations for business entities (leads, contacts, orders, inventory, etc.), dashboard with KPI widgets and real-time charts, reporting with filters and CSV/PDF export, notification system (email + in-app), and API integrations with existing tools (HubSpot, SAP, Salesforce, payment gateways, WhatsApp Business API, etc.). The platform is containerized (Docker) for consistent deployment and can scale horizontally. Post-launch support includes bug fixes, performance monitoring, and a 2-hour team training session. Ongoing maintenance retainers (AED 1,050-2,800/mo) cover hosting management, security patches, feature iterations, and 4-8 hour monthly dev allocation.

SEO & Analytics
Technical SEO, content strategy, and analytics set up correctly from the start. GA4, Search Console, Meta Pixel setup, growth dashboards, and monthly reporting included.
Our SEO service is structured in two parts: an initial audit-and-setup phase (one-time), followed by an ongoing growth retainer (monthly). The technical SEO audit is a comprehensive review of the client's website covering: site speed analysis (Core Web Vitals — LCP, FID, CLS), crawlability assessment (robots.txt, XML sitemap, internal link structure, orphan pages), indexation review (Google Search Console coverage report, index bloat, duplicate content), mobile-first readiness (responsive design, tap targets, font sizes), schema markup audit (JSON-LD structured data for business, product, FAQ, article, breadcrumb, and local business types), and security (HTTPS, mixed content, HSTS headers). On-page optimization covers meta title and description optimization for target keywords (following Google's 60/160 character guidelines), heading hierarchy (H1-H6 structure), internal linking strategy with anchor text optimization, image optimization (alt text, WebP conversion, lazy loading), URL structure cleanup, and canonical tag implementation. Content strategy includes keyword research using Ahrefs/SEMrush (identifying 50-100 target keywords per quarter ranked by search volume, difficulty, and commercial intent), topic cluster mapping (pillar pages + supporting articles), content calendar with publishing cadence, and blog/landing page writing (if included in retainer). Analytics setup covers: GA4 property creation with enhanced measurement, custom event tracking (form submissions, button clicks, scroll depth, file downloads, video views), conversion goal setup, Google Search Console property verification and monitoring, Meta Pixel installation with standard events (ViewContent, Lead, Purchase), and Google Tag Manager container setup for clean tracking management. Growth dashboards are built in Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio) — a live, shareable dashboard showing traffic trends, keyword rankings, conversion rates, page performance, and channel attribution. Monthly reporting includes a 30-minute call reviewing performance, wins, issues, and next-month priorities, plus a written PDF report the client can share with their team.

Social Media Management
Full-funnel social media — strategy, content calendars, daily creative production, and community management in Arabic or English. Built for platform-native growth across up to 3 platforms.
Our social media management is a full-service retainer that covers everything from strategy to daily execution. We start with a 2-week audit phase: reviewing the client's current social presence, analyzing competitors (3-5 competitor accounts benchmarked), defining target audience personas, establishing brand voice guidelines for social, and selecting the right 1-3 platforms based on where the audience actually spends time (not where the client thinks they should be). Supported platforms: Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube Shorts, and Snapchat. We create a quarterly content strategy document that defines content pillars (typically 4-6 themes like "Behind the Scenes," "Product Showcase," "Industry Tips," "Team Culture," etc.), content mix ratios (e.g., 40% value/educational, 30% engagement, 20% promotional, 10% user-generated), and KPI targets (follower growth rate, engagement rate, reach, website clicks). Monthly content calendars are planned 2 weeks in advance with the full month visible — each post includes copy (caption text with hashtag strategy), visual direction, posting date/time (optimized per platform algorithm), and call-to-action. Creative production covers static feed posts (designed in Figma/Canva at brand-quality level), Instagram/TikTok Reels (short-form vertical video, 15-60 sec, filmed or animated), Stories (daily ephemeral content with polls, Q&A, links), and YouTube Shorts (repurposed vertical content). Community management includes responding to DMs within 4 business hours, moderating comments (hiding spam, replying to genuine engagement), handling negative feedback with pre-approved escalation protocols, and basic crisis response coordination. Paid boost setup (organic budget, not managed ad campaigns) covers Meta Business Suite ad account configuration, audience creation (lookalikes, interest-based, custom audiences from pixel data), and budget allocation guidance — the client provides the ad spend budget directly to Meta/Google. Monthly reporting covers: follower growth, engagement rate (likes, comments, shares, saves), reach and impressions, top-performing posts, website traffic from social, and next-month recommendations. Reports are delivered as a PDF + a 20-30 minute video call.

Presentation PRO
Investor decks, sales presentations, and board packs designed to hold a room's attention. Delivered in Keynote, PowerPoint, PDF, or Google Slides.
This service covers the full presentation lifecycle from narrative strategy to final delivery. We start with a story workshop (1-2 hour session) to understand the audience, the ask (investment, partnership, sale, board approval), the key message hierarchy, and objection handling. From there we build a narrative arc — typically: hook/problem → market opportunity → solution → traction/proof → team → financials → ask/next steps. We then design the deck slide-by-slide in Figma before building it in the client's preferred format (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, or PDF). Design includes custom slide layouts (not templates — every slide is designed for its specific content), data visualization (charts, graphs, and infographics built from raw data, not stock chart templates), custom icon sets matching the client's brand, photography direction and image sourcing, and consistent typography with the client's brand fonts (or our recommended alternatives). For investor decks, we follow the format that VCs in the UAE and internationally expect: 10-15 slides, clean and data-driven, with appendix slides for deep-dive questions. Sales presentations include two versions: a presenter version (minimal text, speaker-dependent) and a leave-behind version (self-explanatory with more detail). Template systems (Enterprise tier) include 30-50+ master slide layouts covering every content type (title, section divider, text + image, data chart, comparison, team, timeline, quote, full-bleed image, etc.), a component library (callout boxes, stat cards, icon grids, process diagrams), and instructions documentation so the client's team can build new decks on-brand without designer help. All files are delivered with source files (AI/EPS for icons, Figma link for design reference). Speaker coaching (optional, Enterprise tier) includes a 1-hour dry run with feedback on pacing, body language, slide transitions, and Q&A preparation.

Interactive Presentation
Click-through, non-linear presentations for demos, showrooms, and self-guided pitches. Audiences explore at their own pace with embedded video, 3D, animation, and live data.
Unlike a traditional slide deck that follows a fixed linear sequence, interactive presentations are web-based experiences where the viewer navigates freely — clicking into sections, exploring product features, watching embedded videos, and interacting with calculators or configurators. These are built as responsive web applications (HTML/CSS/JS, React, or Vue depending on complexity) that run in any modern browser on any device — no software installation required. The client shares a URL or loads it on a kiosk/tablet. Content structure uses branching navigation: a home screen with clear entry points (e.g., "About Us," "Products," "Case Studies," "Contact") that each lead into sub-sections with back/forward navigation and breadcrumbs. Media embeds include video (hosted or streamed), 3D models (interactive WebGL viewers where the user can rotate/zoom), animation sequences (Lottie or MP4), live data feeds (API-connected charts that update in real time), and downloadable PDFs. Self-guided mode includes attract loops — when idle for 30-60 seconds, the presentation plays an animated screensaver/attract sequence that draws attention in showroom or exhibition settings; touch/click returns to the home screen. For product configurators, we build interactive tools where the viewer selects options (color, size, material, features) and sees the result update in real time — these are scoped and priced per feature. A CMS backend (typically Sanity or a custom admin panel) lets the client update text, images, and pricing without developer help. Cross-device delivery ensures the same presentation works on large-format kiosk displays (46-85 inch touch screens), tablets (iPad, Samsung Tab), and laptops. Analytics tracking records which sections viewers visit, how long they spend, which paths they take, and which CTAs they click — helping the sales team understand what resonates.

Interactive Screen (Kiosks & Touch)
Kiosks, touchscreens, and in-venue displays for retail, events, showrooms, and lobbies. Includes software, hardware integration, content management, and on-site installation.
This service covers the full stack for in-venue interactive installations — from the software that runs on the screens to the hardware consultation and on-site installation. The software is a custom-built web application (runs in a kiosk browser like Porteus Kiosk, KioWare, or Chrome Kiosk Mode) designed specifically for touch interaction: large tap targets (minimum 48px), swipe navigation, pinch-to-zoom for maps/images, and no hover states (touch screens don't hover). We support common kiosk use cases: wayfinding (interactive floor maps with search and directions for malls, hotels, and office buildings), product catalogs (browse and filter products with images, specs, and pricing — connects to inventory API for real-time availability), visitor check-in (name/phone entry, badge printing integration, host notification via SMS/email), product configurators (select options, see pricing, request quote), and digital signage with schedule rotation (different content at different times of day). Hardware integration covers consultation on screen selection (we work with LG, Samsung, Elo, iiyama, and iPad-based setups), enclosure/mount specification (floor-standing, wall-mounted, or tabletop), and connection to peripherals (receipt printers, QR scanners, NFC readers, badge printers). We don't sell hardware directly — we spec it and either source it for the client (billed at cost + handling) or provide a detailed spec sheet for them to purchase. The content management dashboard is a web-based admin panel (accessible from any browser) where the client can update text, images, pricing, floor maps, and display schedules without developer help — changes publish to the screens within minutes. Multi-screen sync allows coordinated content across 2-20+ screens in a venue — a central controller ensures all screens show synchronized content, can be individually addressed, and report status (online/offline, content version). On-site support covers installation (mounting, wiring, network config, software setup), testing (touch calibration, content verification, failover testing), and launch-day support (2-4 hours on-site during opening). Maintenance retainers (AED 500-1,050/mo) include remote monitoring, content updates, software patches, and 4-hour response SLA for hardware issues.
