The CREAIVA Difference

Why Us

Three specific things you get from us that you don't get from a generic agency or a freelancer.

Experience as brand

The interaction is the story — the visitor walks away remembering how it felt, not just what it looked like.

Real hardware, real usage

Every experience is prototyped on real hardware and tested with real users before it ships.

End-to-end delivery

Concept, design, build, install, and support — all in-house, one accountability.

Common Questions

FAQ

The questions we get most often about interactive experience design.

Do you provide the hardware?
We advise on hardware selection but typically source through your preferred AV partner. We handle software and design end-to-end.
Can it be permanent or event-only?
Both. We build permanent installations and event-scale activations — the software layer is the same, the hardware differs.
What's the smallest project?
A single-screen interactive presentation is a natural entry point. Multi-screen installations scale from there.
Do you support after launch?
Yes — every project ships with a support runbook and 30 days of post-launch support. Ongoing maintenance retainers are optional.
